ABOUT ME - My story
I was born on 5th of September 1971 in Tartu and graduated from Tartu’s 8th Secondary School (now: Tartu
Forselius Gymnasium). Decision to study at Tartu University’s faculty of Exercise and Sport Sciences was not entirely my conscious decision at that time because Physical Therapy was yet not a possibility for major in 1989. Year later started first course so I had a chance to choose this profession in the end of second year of my study when we had to pick our main specialization. Beginning was not easy because at that time the main goal was to train staff for medical institutions and it’s not very easy for a young man to be inside the walls of hospital. So I made a quick decision to continue in private sector and with athletes and sport. After finishing studies 1993 I got my first job in first health center in Tartu called Salutaris. This gave me solid basis and strong practice in manual physical therapy and massage. Being seriously involved for years with basketball as player I had a chance to join also basketball team of Tartu Gaas. Since 1995 I live and work in Tallinn.

Same time I have offered my services as Physiotherapist and Massage therapist as an entrepreneur for private persons and companies. Also I’m still very active amateur athlete and playing basketball in senior basketball league

I’m offering manual treatment of different issues and musculoskeletal disorders:
- Back, neck, hip, shoulder, knee pain, headache etc;
- lateral epicondylitis or "tennis elbow", adhesive capsulitis or "frozen shoulder”, carpal tunnel syndrome , „dying“ hands at night;
- Sports massage for amateur- and professional athletes;
- Health massage starting from children to senior patients and massage to help with issues caused from special work conditions;
- Relaxing massage for stress relief;
- Electrotherapy
- Tecartherapy (Diathermia)
- Consultations after traumas and injuries and if possible, manual treatment to speed up recovery process;
- Physiotherapy to help with back and feet pain caused by pregnancy (need of doctors permit).
